well we fell through a crack in the earth on our backs we could see the sky burning blind eyes into stars and we felt our way around beneath the broken and brittle ground in the darkness we found a little light this train is gonna take us down six feet under the worms are gonna rip our skin it makes me wonder the roots are gonna drink us dry but who can blame them in the end we all go back to the start six feet under

I Am Nothing 04:17
well I really didn’t ask to come here and I really don’t want to stay I’m all strung out on the barbed wire fence and I just can’t break away I say give me something to believe in but all I get is a cold blank stare and at the bottom of the whiskey bottle you’ll find the spirits don’t really care I can’t find the answers and the wind’s blown out the light now I’m just sitting beside myself and I just want to cry because I am nothing, and there’s nothing else for me to say I am nothing, and I’m starting to slowly fade I am nothing, and there’s nothing left for me to do I am nothing, and that nothing is just like you well the earth is slowly spinning the clouds are dancing in the sky the moonlight’s splashing upon my face but I really don’t know why and the leaves in the trees are whispering and the wolves are starting to howl but it’s all a foreign language to me nothing but an empty growl I don’t have the answers and the sun’s burned out the night I’m just lost inside myself and I just want to die because I am nothing, and there’s nothing else for me to say I am nothing, and I’m starting to slowly fade I am nothing, and there’s nothing left for me to do I am nothing, and that nothing is just like you

More No More 05:25
the shadows are growing long, time is running out gotta make your mark on this world, what’s it all about spring turns into summer, summer fades to fall winter comes to claim you before you can do it all gotta do more gotta be more gotta know more gotta do more gotta be more no more gotta push hard, gain the last yard, walk the thin line gotta do more gotta be more no more the clock is winding down and pressure’s building up you haven’t solved the problem, the empty in your cup the whirlpool’s all-pervading it spins you out of control if you just let go and trust it, you might reclaim your soul gotta do more gotta be more gotta know more gotta do more gotta be more no more gotta fight hard, play the last card, break through the line gotta do more gotta be more no more the candle's burning down and darkness rising up the cold is cutting through you until you’ve had enough is this all life can give us is that where we all go why do we explain it when there’s no way to know the cosmic rays are burning at your skin as you try to scale the mountain the tidal wave can lift you up to the sky or you can let it crash and drown you gotta do more gotta be more gotta know more gotta do more gotta be more no more gotta slow down let the water fall no more gotta let go let the river flow no more no more

Spacewalker 05:55
spacewalker with your head in the clouds you don’t know which way is up or which way is down floating, falling, drifting out in the black you don’t care, my friend, if you ever come back as the galaxies turn and the stars align and the cosmic rays burn through the atmosphere you watch from above like a goddess of love as the planet cries out below you and you flutter through the night like a bird in flight leave the safety of the nest in search of all that’s right and you call out from above like a soaring dove as the nations streak by below you what a place to be what a sight to see all that life can be when you’re free of the chains that bind you spacewalker spinning out of control you don’t know if your heart is empty or if it is full twisting, turning, tumbling all around you announce the heavens without making a sound what a place to be what a sight to see all that life can be when you’re free of the chains that bind you (spacewalker) stars around you keeping space and time (spacewalker) oceans swaying to the moonlight’s pull (spacewalker) mountains flowing under vacant skies (spacewalker) hollow fields echo in your mind (spacewalker) without the darkness there can be no light

Silver Spoon 05:45
come here little baby, hide your eyes I’ll hold you close, I won’t let them through to you suck on the pacifier, tug on the blanket stay out of the rain, keep away from the fire be calm in the moment, fake a smile wipe the tears away, take a break once in a while breathe in deeply, hold on and exhale you know that everything will turn out just fine and when the small boy pressed his face to the glass he asked to know but they wouldn’t tell him because it’s a cold hard cruel world with demons all around and the only defense is to turn away and when the girl pressed her face to the glass and she asked they wouldn’t show cause it’s too dark and dreary and the only hope is to run away so when you finally see it so clear and you’re left standing to face the pain and everything’s crashing down like a bad, bad dream did you think life was supposed to be fair and if you did was it put in your head when you had your face pressed against the glass?
6.
Stuck 06:35
lying in your bed in the lonely dark cold wind blows and the blanket won’t keep you warm crying out for comfort from the storm but your old and weary bones can’t escape the harm the radiation won’t be your salvation and you’re not sure Jesus is watching over you but hey there while you’re stuck here I just want to say if you take my hand I can’t take away the pain and I don’t have the answer to your blues but maybe I could sit for a while and be stuck with you on the death train watching the world go by through misty mountains on tracks that reach the sky and if we had wings we might jump out and fly well where would we go, what wonders would we see some day we’ll all be wrapped up in eternity on the death train watching the world go by from shady valleys we can only wonder why and if I had a way to step off I’d stay alive but then I’d be alone as the train rolled on and on and maybe I’d be free but I’d rather you were with me on the death train, I’d rather you were with me on the death train, I’d rather you were with me on the death train, I’d rather you were with me
7.
Here and Now 05:21
I don’t know what I’m doing and I don’t know what to say this day seems so different from any that I’ve ever seen anchor has rusted and broken the line in the sand has been crossed the empty ideals thrust upon us are pushing us into the earth and I can feel something pulling, it’s forcing me through a door a current has built up to take me to a place never seen before I can’t tell if I’m crying from feeling so good or so bad and I can’t see too clearly because my windows are covered with blinds do we join them or not they’re all fallen but we’re not doing much better ourselves has the time come to bury the hatchet or for the hatchet to send us to hell it’s time for a transformation a sea change from anger to calm so let the tide come in and take us to a place where we feel we belong how do we get there from the here and now
8.
Winter 03:58
in the snowfield the sky is cold grey the air is biting the wind is howling in the snowfield beneath the dead grass my soul is watching I’m waiting for you I’m alone in this hibernation but someday you will join me we’ll light up the darkness and make it safe and warm in the hold of this icy snowfield the sky is cold and it’s bearing down the air is biting and it’s getting sharper the wind howls as it tears this all apart but in the fold of this bright white snowfield we’ll build a fortress and unite our forces start a fire and then we’ll make angels and embrace as we all die laughing and in this hibernation one day you will join me we’ll melt into the blackness and make it so warm and as this desolation flows into the ocean our echoes will beat in tandem and keep us from harm our echoes will beat in tandem and keep us so warm
9.
Last Goodbye 03:59
I don’t want to leave but I have to go I’ve run right out of time, I’ve used up all my chances and I guess that it’s best if I get moving on I wish I could stay for just one more night we could’ve sparked up a fire, you could’ve taken me higher I could’ve fallen soft and deep into your earthy eyes but like the stars above, like the valley below I’ll fade into the distance, path of least resistance drop the weight of the world and let the water flow well I tried hard to quench the unquenchable thirst put my axe to the grind, pushed and pulled and I cried out and felt the planet pulsing down deep in my veins oh how I wanted to see a bright future unfold with my outstretched hand I reached across the land and tried to sort it all into a proper place and time you know I don’t want to leave, but if I have to go I’ll say my last goodbye, I’ll drop my bags and I’ll fly and maybe someday I will see you on the other side time waits for no one so roll on without me the stars are calling so come on, rise up and break on through to the light I don’t want to leave but I have to go I’ll float into the distance, path of least resistance drop the weight of the world and leave you with this song
